Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are digital in-game items, all sales are subject to the conditions below.
48-Hour Automatic Refund Policy
Any order that is not redeemed within 48 hours of purchase will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
No action is required from the customer for these refunds.
Once an order is refunded, the item can no longer be redeemed.
Redeemed Orders
All orders are final once the item has been successfully delivered and redeemed.
We do not accept returns or refunds for redeemed digital items, except in the cases listed below.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive:

an item that is defective or does not function as described
please contact us immediately at support@bloxeroshop.com with your order number.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns for:

Successfully delivered and redeemed items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital items.
If an error occurs with your order, please contact support and we will resolve it.
European Union – Digital Goods Notice
If you are located in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days only if the item has not been redeemed.
By redeeming the digital item, you acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw under EU digital goods regulations.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
